So I am so very excited. I am your host off this kingdom Business Leadership Podcast. This is a weekly podcast designed to help emerging and growing entrepreneurs. Thio help level up with their knowledge, skills and expertise and the good thing about it is we're going to be doing it all in God, listening to God and hearing his voice. Listen and expect to gain useful tools, inspiring insights, strategy, strategy and wisdom. Tow, launch and grow your business God's way. We're going to be hearing his voice and discovering his purpose for what he has called us to do in the area of business. So just to explain a little bit about how this show is designed, it actually is going to be a mix of solo shows. Ah, we'll have Some special co host will have some interviews with successful kingdom entrepreneurs, and you're not going to want to miss it. So in thinking and praying about some of the things that we were going to talk about, some of the topics that I, uh have put in our docket, as it were, is seeking guide to discover steps just to start regarding business and then grow in your business, finding your voice and your message in business, defeating what I like to call and what many people call imposter syndrome. We'll also talk through some elements of business plan dealing community around your brand or brands serving your audience and hearing guys specifically for your business, which I like to call prophetic innovation. And we'll also be tackling this thing that in Christian them they call poverty mindset. So we'll be talking about all those things and more. So I want you to go ahead and subscribe, leave a review and be prepared to experience God for your business. Breakthrough development and success Most of you might not know who I am. Oh, I wanted to tell you who I am and why I decided to start this particular broadcast. I want to see Christian business owner succeed. That's why I created this particular pie crafts. I created it because I believe that creating wealth is actually a kingdom strategy. And when I say kingdom Mommy, Kingdom of God, which also means God's way of doing things. I truly, truly believe that creating wealth is a part of our God given purpose and is a way to demonstrate God to the whole entire world. At times, we silo how God has demonstrated. But I believe that this is one avenue that God is looking for his people to utilize, and I wanna have the privilege of partnering with you in learning and growing and seeking God for your business breakthrough. Ah, lot of us might be in business, but we might not be breaking through in business. And I believe as Christian business owners of breakthrough needed and a breakthrough can happen because we have the spirit of break through the Holy Spirit on the inside of us. And I also started this toe help you as a startup and emerging business owners to truly make God You're CEO. And some of you might be wondering what qualifies me. Why is Dr Andrea ableto help us in these areas? And I came to answer that question. So my background I have a lot in my background. Say it like that. I have owned businesses. I have worked in education. I have worked in ministry. Currently I'm operating in education and ministry and doing business coaching and consulting as well. Ah, with the consulting that I've done has mainly been in health care, also working in areas of education and ministry. As I said, I have been a business owner. Time's passed and different rounds. So what people call solo entrepreneur, I've had ah healthcare, ah company home health and medical staffing where I've employed are hired. I should say over, Ah 100 individuals because if anybody knows that the industry is very high turnover, you're dealing with US certified nursing assistance and things like that. So did that for five or so years having apparel line. And, like I said before doing consulting so own many different businesses, Many different types of black say many somebody else might not say. That's many to meet as a lot different types of businesses in that business. In those businesses, especially with the health care business, have been able to make over six figures multiple times within that bid business, which when we started that we were, ah, in our third early thirties, very young, it was a franchise model and learned a lot, bumped our heads a lot, but we learned a lot myself, and I say we, myself and my husband, we were in business together, But in every one of those businesses that I've had and that currently am engaging in, I've always been able to exercise the power of God's wisdom, and it was so unique being able to be in those businesses and be able to being able to be a Christian in those businesses with Noah. No apologies. So unapologetically Christian. So that's what we're going to be talking about within this particular podcast, we're gonna be talking about being who you are, innate Lee, being a child of God but also being a person in authority and running a business. I believe our business could be part of your ministry. You could do your business things. But while while you're in that particular business, you can be reaching out and corresponding two individuals that you meet if it's through prayer, if it's through just showing for if the love of God, whatever it is, this podcast is going to equip you to be able to do that more confidently and strongly in God. So this is not your average business podcast. I'm looking to learn and grow with you. I've made many mistakes. I have not been perfect. But guess what? Who has been perfect in this podcast? We're going to be utilizing biblical base and informative information and topics and teaching in the areas. For some people, it might be business start up, and for others it might be developed. It But wherever you're at in your business journey, you will be able to gain and receive from a partner with us from listening to what we will be talking about in this particular pockets.
